2025 Grief Support Groups 🧡

We are honored to be trusted by so many families across Minnesota. To meet the growing requests for grief services, we’re expanding our offerings by adding several new support groups in the coming year.

Our groups provide a safe and compassionate space to connect with others and receive support. Each group is facilitated by licensed mental health counselors with expertise in grief support.

There is no cost to attend and a one-time registration is required.

Spaces are filling quickly. If you or someone you know is interested in joining a group, we encourage early registration.

Be a part of the healing by sharing this post with others.

As we support grieving family and friends this holiday season…extend a hand, a hug, give them some extra love and say their loved one’s name ♥️

We recently came together in community for our inaugural Lights of Love Tribute to honor and remember those we hold close in memory and love.

To the families who entrusted us with the honor of speaking your loved ones’ name, a heartfelt thank you. Thank you for allowing us to let your special persons light to shine at our place of healing ♥️

Our appreciation to the tribute sponsors Bryces Blessings and so many others who made the evening a time of care and connection.

The Grief Club of Minnesota is for families, young kids and teens who have lost a parent or loved one and are dealing with grief.

When I was 20, my dad passed away of a sudden heart attack. Dealing with grief is something I’m still dealing with. So that, combined with the fact that I’m so proud of my mom making it into a positive, and joining the Club, becoming a part of the board of directors, and working with the Club, is why I chose this cause.
